• No photos or videos allowed in the locker rooms.
• A cleansing shower is required before entering the pools.
• The Aquatic Center is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

• Children ages 10 and under must be accompanied in the facility by someone 15 years of age or older.
• Children ages 5 and under must be accompanied, in the water, within arms reach, by someone 15 years of age or older.
• Only feet-first water entries are allowed when entering the pools.
• Patrons must wear wristbands at all times for waterpark entry.
• Food, drink and gum are prohibited in the pools or within 6' of all pools.
• Properly fitting, Coast Guard-approved lifejackets permitted. All other floatation devices are prohibited.
• Swimmers are required to shower before entering the pools.
• Staff direction must be followed at all times. Facility privileges may be suspended for those who violate rules or policies.
• The Aquatic Center is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
• Fighting or any other unruly conduct will not be tolerated.
• During periods of inclement weather, we will close the pools for at least 30 minutes. No refunds will be given due to bad weather.
• All entrants will be charged an admission fee.
• Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted on the premises.
• Swimmers using diapers must wear a protective covering or a swim diaper.
• Diapers must be changed in designated areas.
• Public use telephone located at the front desk.
• For emergency assistance, see the nearest staff member.
• Swimmers with seizures, heart, circulatory problems, or other medical conditions should not swim alone.

•  Glass in any form.
• Smoking, vaping, and alcohol.
• Diving, flipping, running, pushing, horseplay, dunking, throwing objects/people, or excessive splashing.
• Climbing on lifeguard stands/chairs or using lifesaving equipment, except by authorized personnel.
• Cut off jeans or garments with loose strings.
• Fraternizing, harassing, or distracting staff will not be tolerated.
• Spitting, urinating, defecating, or otherwise contaminating the pool or facility.

• Children 5 and under, over 48" tall, please see the lifeguard.
• Immediately exit pool.
• Catching a person is prohibited. If assistance is required, see the lifeguard.
• No tubes allowed in this pool.

Slide Rules

• Minimum height of 48" to ride slides.
• Must have slide wristband (except during private rentals)
• Only one rider allowed per slide.
• Lifejackets, goggles, shoes, or any other items that may damage slides are prohibited.
• A tube must be used for the purple slide.
• Tube must be used properly. Face up and feet overhanging.

• Children ages 5 and under must be accompanied, in the water, within arms reach, by someone 15 years of age or older. 
• Do not hang or climb on play features.
• No tubes allowed.

• Children ages 5 and under must be accompanied, in the water, within arms reach, by someone 15 years of age or older.
• Do not sit, climb, or otherwise hang on sidewalls.
• Tubes must be sat in properly. One person per tube.
• Persons must continue in the direction of the current. No stopping except to exit.
• Exit and enter using designated stairs.
• Do not jump into the river.
• Yellow and blue tubes permitted.
