Outdoor Concessions
Project Summary
The concessions will be relocated outside for better access to serve more patrons throughout the year. The interior space can then be renovated for flexible public space and staff areas, enhancing the staff’s ability to provide support for the entirety of the facility.

Fitness Center Expansion
Project Summary
The current fitness area will be converted into a 24-hour access gym with secure entrances, exits and direct access to restrooms. By combining the existing adjacent rooms into one larger room with operable wall dividers, a new area for group fitness can be utilized and sized as needed for a variety of uses.

Adventure Pool
Project Summary
The Adventure Pool’s existing water feature is ready for replacement. The new water feature will tie into existing plumbing locations and create a space for more children and families to play and enjoy a wider range of entertaining features. With a diverse arrangement of activities the time spent at this feature can be increased, creating everlasting memories that bring families back again and again.

Event Cabanas
Project Summary
The proposed area for these new event cabanas is currently pea gravel (formerly sand) that is underutilized, dirty, and hot. The new event cabanas will create a desirable gathering space that can be enjoyed by patrons visiting the park or as reserved space for birthday parties or other events. The new canopies will provide comfortable shade, a partial wind cover, turf for play, and a sink/drinking fountain for simple cleaning and hydration.

Lazy River
Project Summary
The new shade canopies over the lazy river will improve aesthetics and provide shade to patrons (and lifeguards). The new appearance will be exciting and create an even more dynamic environment. The height of the canopies will be designed to not interfere with the lifeguard’s sight lines.
