Those who have purchased a waterpark membership will receive a full refund. Please contact the facility to process your refund.
The indoor pools and fitness center are open with limited capacity at this time.
UPDATED: June 11, 2020
Welcome to Phase 3 in Asotin County!
Pools and fitness facilities are officially able to open to the public, but what does this mean for the Asotin County Family Aquatic Center?
First off, we are still waiting for more information to be released, but with the information, we have to go on we know we will be able to open the indoor pools and fitness center as soon as we get a chance to catch our staff up on all the new procedure changes. The state of Washington has just put out some new information for pools that allow us to operate each fitness pool at 25% capacity, which means that we are able to open the lap pool with a capacity of 50 people, the wading pool with a capacity of 30 people and the hot tub with a capacity of 5 people. However, this new plan for pools does not include waterparks, so that portion of our facility will have to remain closed, it is our goal to open the waterpark this summer though, so we will continue collecting information to make sure we are as up-to-date as possible. The fitness center will be allowed to operate at 50% capacity with means that it can open with a capacity of 6 people max.
We are bringing in additional staff to clean and sanitize all hard surfaces throughout the day so we keep our facility clean and our staff and patrons healthy. We have hand sanitizer available as you walk in the doors and our staff will be wearing Washington State Safe Start approved face masks throughout the day. We are also asking patrons to respect the 6-foot social distancing practices, and the governor’s office is recommending mask use when able.
We are currently planning on re-opening our doors Monday, June 15th with our regular hours.
Policy & Procedure Changes

We ask for your patience and understanding during this challenging time for all of us. We waited as long as possible to close the doors and now it is beyond our control. We know the negative impact this closure has on our staff, our patrons, and the community and we were hoping it wouldn’t come to this. However, we are also hopeful this will assist in being part of the solution to aid in stopping the spread. We look forward to seeing all of you when we reopen, happy, healthy and ready for warmer weather!
See you soon!
